Mississippi House Bill 727 (HB 727): This bill better known as Tyler's Law sponsored by Mississippi House Juvenile Justice Chairman George Flaggs-D-Vicksburg would give a circuit court judge the discretion as to the appropriate sentence for juveniles. It also requires law enforcement officers to allow parents to be present when a juvenile is interrogated.
